Ingredients
- beef mince — 500g
- puff pastry — 4 sheets
- beef stock — 1 cup
- tomato sauce — 2 tbsp
- plain flour — 1 tbsp
- frozen peas — 2 cups
Method
- Brown mince, stir in flour, then stock and tomato sauce.
- Simmer 15 min until thick, cool slightly.
- Line pie tins or ramekins with pastry, fill with mince.
- Top with a pastry lid, crimp edges, cut a steam vent.
- Bake 200°C 20-25 min until pastry is puffed and golden.
- Boil peas, serve alongside.
