- salmon — 400g sashimi-grade
- soy sauce — 3 tbsp
- sesame oil — 1 tbsp
- rice — 2 cups
- cucumber — 1
- avocado — 1
- sesame seeds — 1 tbsp
Method
- Cook rice.
- Cube salmon, toss with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Slice cucumber and avocado.
- Bowl up rice topped with salmon, veg and sesame seeds.
