Ingredients
- chicken breast — 500g cooked and shredded
- tortillas — 8
- diced tomatoes — 400g tin
- cheddar — 200g grated
- sour cream — 1/2 cup
- mild chilli powder — 1 tsp
Method
- Simmer tomatoes with chilli powder to make a quick sauce.
- Fill tortillas with shredded chicken, roll and place in a baking dish.
- Pour sauce over, top with cheese.
- Bake 180°C 20 min until bubbling.
- Serve with sour cream.
