Ingredients
- white fish — 500g
- salmon — 300g
- prawns — 200g
- potatoes — 1kg
- milk — 2 cups
- plain flour — 3 tbsp
- butter — 60g
- cheddar — 100g grated
- frozen peas — 1 cup
Method
- Boil and mash potatoes with a little of the butter and milk.
- Gently poach fish and salmon in the remaining milk 8 min, remove and flake, reserve the milk.
- Make a white sauce with butter, flour and the reserved poaching milk.
- Fold flaked fish, prawns and peas through the sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with mash and grated cheese.
- Bake 200°C 25-30 min until golden and bubbling.
- Rest 5 min before serving.
