The family dinner-decider's memory

The 6pm problem
Every night is the same puzzle: what's for dinner, who won't eat it, and is there anything in to cook it with?
You solve it from scratch daily: about four hours a week of mental load, extra shops, and the same six meals on rotation. MealMemory solves it once and remembers.
How it works
Three minutes to set up. One button after that.
Tell it your family
Add each person with their allergies, dislikes and likes. Allergies become hard blocks the plan can never cross.
Add your pantry in a line
Type "2 chicken thighs, spinach, frozen peas". It sorts everything into fridge, freezer and pantry for you.
Plan the week
One tap builds 5–7 dinners around your stock and your family, with a reason for each pick and a shopping list already written.
Family memory
Per-person allergies, dislikes and likes drive every plan, and thumbs up/down after dinner make next week fit better.
One-line pantry
A single text box becomes a tracked pantry. Cook a planned meal and it decrements automatically.
Plan My Week
Allergen-safe by design, biased to what's in stock, cuisines rotated, one reason per meal. Reroll any single day.
Smart shopping list
The week's ingredients minus what you already have, grouped by aisle, checkable in-store. Edits never wipe your ticks.
Prep Ahead
Dated reminders to pull the mince from the freezer, marinate the night before, or grab herbs mid-week, never all on Sunday.

Questions
The things families ask us first.
How does MealMemory know what my family will eat?
You tell it once. Each family member gets allergies (a hard block, those meals never appear), dislikes (softly avoided) and likes (favoured). After dinner you tap thumbs up or down, and the plan remembers. The more you use it, the better the week fits.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
On the MealMemory plan you plug in your own Claude or ChatGPT key: your AI, your family's memory, our system. Prefer zero setup? MealMemory+ includes the AI for you.
Is it safe for serious allergies?
Allergen blocking is deterministic, not a guess: a meal with a flagged allergen is filtered out before the plan is ever built, and checked again before it's shown. It's an assistive tool though, so always check product labels yourself.
Is there a free plan?
No, but there's a 7-day trial so you can plan real weeks before you pay. If it's not saving you the Sunday-night scramble, cancel in a tap.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your household, pantry and meal history are kept for 90 days after you cancel, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
